Insurance
Elite Psychology and Wellness is an insurance-based practice. We are on most major insurance panels as in-network providers. Unlike other insurance based practices, we do not carry a wait list and are able and committed to schedule appointments quickly for our patients, usually within a week.
We are currently in-network with the following insurance plans:
What if my insurance is something not listed above?
For all other insurance plans, we are considered out of network. Unlike other practices we offer courtesy out of network billing. This means we will submit claims directly to your insurance company on your behalf to make the process simple and easier for you.
Our billing team can work with you on verifying your insurance benefits. Your insurance will most likely cover a portion of your session once your deductible has been met. Counseling sessions count as medical services and will go towards your medical deductible.

Non-Insurance Rates
Some individuals choose not to use their insurance and would prefer to pay out of pocket for counseling services. When you use your insurance, we are obligated to provide them with specific information about you and your treatment, such as a diagnosis code and we have to work within the parameters of the insurance benefits for session amounts and times.
We are able to offer competitive rates in the Scottsdale area due to our variety of providers. Please contact our office at info@elitepsychologyandwellness.com to discuss fees.
Payment
Payment for services can be made with credit card or FSA/HSA accounts. Payment is due at the time of service. Billing options can be discussed with our billing department.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can contact your therapist directly. You can also call the office during regular business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or email the office manager at kgage@elitepsychologyandwellness.com
Please notify your therapist or the office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations, or you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee, which is not billed to insurance.
Good Faith Estimate
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE: You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that outlines the anticipated cost of your medical care. Contact our office or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises for more information.
