Clinical Experience and Interests:
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals find healing, clarity and confidence through life’s challenges. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from Arizona State University. After graduating I began working for Child Protective Services, where I gained insight into the challenges families experience when working through difficult times. This experience led me to pursue my graduate degree in Community Counseling from University of Phoenix.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients facing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties and substance abuse. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach that focuses on each person’s unique story and strengths. I believe that change happens through genuine connection, and I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward hope, resilience and self- discovery.
