Clinical Experience and Interests:
Many of the individuals I work with come to therapy during seasons of life when their sense of identity, safety, or direction has been disrupted by trauma, loss, or significant life transitions. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients can process difficult experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and begin moving toward greater clarity and emotional well-being.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science with an emphasis in trauma and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I work with adults across the lifespan and frequently support young adults and college-aged individuals navigating trauma, identity development, and life transitions.
A central focus of my work is perinatal and reproductive mental health, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, traumatic birth experiences, and pregnancy or infant loss. I also work with student and collegiate athletes, as well as individuals adjusting after injury or sport, helping them navigate identity shifts and the psychological challenges that can arise during these transitions. In addition, I have experience supporting individuals within military communities and those coping with post-traumatic stress and complex trauma.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and relational, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parts work, inner child work, and Brainspotting. I prioritize creating a safe and trusting environment where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful healing.
In addition to providing therapy, I serve as the Mental Health Clinical Lead within the practice, where I collaborate with and mentor clinicians while supporting clinical development, outreach, and program growth.
